Welcome to Phone Pets! By using our app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Phone Pets, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of 13, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the app.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 4 years old to use this app. If you are under 13, you must have parental consent. The app is intended for children and should be used under appropriate supervision.

3. App Usage

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

- Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app.
- Use the app for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the app's code.
- Create, upload, or distribute any content that violates the app's rules.

4. Proprietary Characters and Content

The app contains characters, pets, and other content (collectively referred to as “Proprietary Content”) that are owned by Phone Pets or its licensors and Udobiz Associated LTD. These characters and related content are proprietary and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.

Off-Limits Characters and Content:

- Phone Pets Characters: All in-app characters, including pets, NPCs (non-playable characters), and any other related entities, are the exclusive property of Udobiz Associated LTD.
- Trademarked or Copyrighted Content: Any content that includes copyrighted characters or trademarks from other sources (e.g., movie, TV characters, etc.) is not allowed within the app, and you agree not to create, upload, or share any such material using the app.
Any attempt to use these characters or content for commercial, promotional, or non-personal purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. Virtual Pets and In-App Purchases

In Phone Pets, users can collect, care for, and interact with virtual pets. These pets and related items may be purchased through the app via in-app purchases. All transactions are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for any charges related to these purchases.

6. User-Generated Content

You may create and share content for and/or within the app, such as pet designs, pet names, and other in-game interactions. By submitting any content, you grant Phone Pets a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute this content.

You are prohibited from submitting:

- Inappropriate or offensive content.
- Content that infringes on the rights of others.
- Content that violates the intellectual property rights of Phone Pets, Udobiz Associated LTD or third parties.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

We do not collect personal data and in-app behavior at this time.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you may lose access to your virtual pets and in-game purchases, and no refunds will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phone Pets and/or Udobiz Associated LTD is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, in-game purchases, or other losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. However, if you are located outside of the United States, local laws in your country may apply, particularly with respect to consumer protection, data privacy, or other legal protections, and nothing in these Terms shall override your rights under such applicable laws.
By using the app, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in the United States for resolving any disputes, except where local law in your country mandates that legal proceedings take place in your jurisdiction.
